LUCY has worked for nearly 25 years in alternative investments and frontier tech, specialising in growth strategies. In the early part of her career she raised over four billion for a variety of hedge funds. In 2010 she saw a gap in the market and transitioned to running an award-winning consultancy firm with NISRIN, the first iteration of After Yellow.

In 2018 LUCY moved to web3 as a senior consultant focusing on strategy and growth. This fast paced environment significantly expanded her skillset and refined her approach to Alternative Investment growth.

Previously she worked with Family Offices and HNWI as a client relationship manager, advising on alternative investments. She has an extensive background in operations management, data analysis and due diligence.

NIHAL has been building customer-focused strategies for leading and disruptor tech companies for 20 years. Her background is in B2B product marketing and commercial strategy. She has created programs that have driven millions in revenue whilst saving millions by cutting unnecessary costs.

More recently NIHAL has been working in web3, with fintech disruptors and behavioural change consultants.

Enzo became a squirrel defence coordinator late in his career but has taken to the role as if his life (and that of the squirrels) depends on it.

Enzo began his career in the Andalusian countryside working with a team of 15 to remain alive, with no input from humans. Sadly, many of his team members did not survive. After five years, he was moved to Barcelona to recover.

Recently, Enzo moved to the UK. This is where he discovered his love for sofas, arguing with foxes, and squirrel defence. He is relentless in his pursuit of a squirrel free garden.
